Alfred P. Bay was a graduate of the University of Illinois
and the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
He was coauthor of "Therapy By Design: Implications
of Architecture for Human Behavior", by Good, Siegal
and Bay, 1965. This book describes one of the
first research projects to study the effect of the architectural
environment on human behavior.

Ella Curry, Park Forest, superintendent of Manteno State
Hospital by the director of mental health and developmental
disabilities. She has been director of subregion 12 of
the department at the Tinley Park Mental Health Center.
She is probably the first Black woman to head a major
mental health facility in the United States.

Claude
Rousch served as Protestant chaplain at MSH since June
1956 and was listed in the 1965-66 "Who's Who in
American Education". Rousch's 5 degrees symbolized
over ten years of college and graduate study. Both
his master's and doctor's (Th.D.) were earned in pastoral
psychology, with the latter from the graduate school of
Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, Chicago.
